Name of Rail Coach Factory Changed to Modern Coach Factory

Ministry of Railways has Changed the Name of "Rail Coach Factory" (RCF) to "Modern Coach Factory" (MCF) Raebareli. It is situated 5 kms on Raebareli Road from Lalganj-Baiswara town.

The main reason behind changing name was confusion in between the names of RCF Kapurthala and RCF Raebareli, to avoid confusion in between the names Ministry of Railways took this Step.

The Gazette of India (attached Below) dated 4 January 2016 declared the Effective name of RCF Raebareli would be MCF Raebareli !!

Consequences After 2 Years due to RCF

It completed nearly Two years when Work at RCF started. The Consequences of Rail Coach Factory at Lalganj are very few. On one hand The people of town are still Struggling with the basic facilities such as Electicity and water on the other hand they seem no benefit with the set up of this Factory.. Till the Construction is going on people of Lalganj can get benefit only by giving their houses on rent to workers and engaging their vehicles for up and down of workers daily to their site. Once Construction is finished Factory will have each and every Facility inside it and people of Town will be no more benefitted. Thats all there will be life of people of their own, their school,market etc. They will no more be connected with the Town. The worst problem people facing is Electricity which hardly comes for 6 hours. We feel lucky enough if we get it more than 8 hours someday. You have to choose between the two your works with electricity or Sleep. Students are forced to burn their eyes in Lamp Light because Inverter and Batteries also have limits. Mosquitoes have made life hell for people. Municipals are just waiting for an epidemic to spread then come into action. People saw announcement and Establishment of this factory as a reform for Lalganj but it proved a day dream. Situation remains same. Only Bill Board at several places beside Road indicating direction of RCF is all we got till now.

Thanks

This article is to thank all of u for paying too much attention and making my 1st Blog so successful unfortunately i left Lalganj and was unable to give the regular updates regarding the factory and the works.
I just added these photos for people to take a glimpse of RCF. Moreover regarding Jobs and more i cant say anything. The factory has been inaugurated few days ago. But the full potential work has yet not started moreover the basic facilities that we talked about after the set up of Factory seems to be confined only to the residents and workers in RCF. People in town are still struggling with the basic needs despite of being favorite of the Central Govt. Hope is still alive in hearts of the people of town.
